1. What Are Cookies?

Cookies and localized browser storage tokens are small text records placed on your device when visiting our website or logging into our voice automation workspace. They enable secure session management, prevent cross-site request forgery (CSRF), and remember interface settings.

2. Categories of Cookies We Use

  • Essential & Authentication Cookies: Strictly required to verify user identities, maintain authenticated dashboard sessions, and communicate securely with our cloud database and backend APIs. These cannot be disabled.
  • Functional & Accessibility Preferences: Used to store your high-contrast mode toggle, font scaling, and interface language selections across page transitions.
  • Diagnostic & Performance Cookies: Aggregate, anonymized performance metrics that monitor page latency, audio stream connectivity, and WebRTC websocket health to ensure sub-900ms direct voice AI execution.

3. Managing & Disabling Cookies

Most browsers automatically accept cookies by default. You can adjust your browser settings to reject non-essential cookies or alert you when a cookie is stored. Please note that disabling essential authentication cookies will prevent you from accessing the Aromatic Intelligence dashboard console and managing voice agents.
