1. Introduction
Welcome to Aromatic Intelligence. These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User", "Client", or "Provider") and Aromatic Intelligence Pvt Ltd ("Aromatic Intelligence", "we", "us", or "our") regarding your access to and use of the Aromatic Intelligence software-as-a-service platform.
By accessing or using our services, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, you must immediately cease all use of our services.
2. Use of Services
Aromatic Intelligence provides high-fidelity Voice AI tools designed for clinical documentation, patient interaction, and administrative workflow optimization. Your right to use the platform is non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable.
2.1 Professional Responsibility
While our AI is designed for extreme precision, it is intended to assist—not replace—professional medical judgment. Users remain solely responsible for the accuracy of clinical notes, diagnoses, and treatments derived from the platform's output.
Users must review and verify all AI-generated documentation before it is entered into a patient's permanent medical record.
3. Data Privacy & Processing
At Aromatic Intelligence Pvt Ltd, we take data privacy seriously. All data collected through our platform is processed securely.
- Data Processing: We act as a Data Processor for the information collected during interactions with our AI agents.
- Security: All data is encrypted at rest and in transit using industry-standard protocols.
- Compliance: We process data in accordance with our Privacy Policy and applicable Indian data protection laws.
4. Intellectual Property
The Aromatic Intelligence platform, including its proprietary Voice AI models, underlying algorithms, user interface, brand assets, and source code, are the exclusive intellectual property of Aromatic Intelligence Pvt Ltd.
You may not reverse-engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of our AI models. Any feedback provided to Aromatic Intelligence regarding the service may be used by us without restriction or compensation.
5. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Aromatic Intelligence shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising out of your use or inability to use the platform.
In no event shall Aromatic Intelligence's total liability exceed the amount paid by you to Aromatic Intelligence for the services in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.
6. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the platform at our discretion, without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, our business interests, or patient safety.
Upon termination, your right to use the platform ceases immediately. Provisions regarding Intellectual Property, Liability, and Patient Data will survive termination.
